A wood stove for the base would be cool. Could add comfort/warmth.
Yeah it gets pretty lame once you're settled having to constantly make new campfires to cook food after a re spawning or being cold too long.

i think a cooking Pot where you kinda stew Meat would be a great addition.
You could put stuff into it and it wouldnt burn.
While Meat on a grill gives more Calories and HP back.

Love this concept. Added gameplay bonus: the ability to create simple smoke signal codes to communicate over long distances (range of sight only) without TS or in-game chat.
