Well I have been watching some videos about the game and I never liked the idea of people just setting up beds literally on top of your house and keep coming back trying to raid your house. So I was thinking to place down a sleeping bag which is your re spawn point you need to have a camp-fire in the vicinity, but a small area not being able to go outside your walls so someone can use it. In a real world situation you won't be sleeping away from the camp-fire, because you'd be cold at night when you go asleep. Another thing to have to spawn a sleeping bag would be a wood foundation. Now I don't have the game so my opinion on this non-stop raiding might be a little wrong to the people who actually have this game if you think otherwise or want to add something please say so I am open to constructive criticism.
They're making it so the bed has a cooldown
can you destroy the bed?

Yea you can

Near to a camp fire sound fair, It is a bit silly how it works right now.

If this were the real world, you can bet I'm sleeping a good distance away from the campfire.

Yeah, you know you move in your sleep right, you could roll into the fire. Survival guides tell you not to sleep close to them for that exact reason.

i dont think this is the answer, because somone killed near their house may end up losing so much crap cuz they died twice defending a door somone is trying to break, now you reaspawn far from your house and he has all the time in the world.
i would say create conditions, like you have to place the bed on a foundation, and near a camp fire, otherwise it will despawn soon. something like this, that way if they set this up, you will have view of them as they spawn, and can consistantly shoot them before they can react.
plus the added advantage of your house and its defenses should mean a winning fight 90% of the time
so i would say something like that.
I think beds should only be on wooden foundations. Now, I haven't played the game, so I don't know if that is a good idea or not, but from what videos I've seen, that may help.

There we go. I knew that could be a decent idea. Nice.

It's an awful idea considering it's a sleeping bag.
How about adding the group feature practically everybody wants and making it where you can't place a sleeping bag X distance away from another unless it's owned by somebody in your group?

because you may accept someone lives near you without wanting them in your group, we had this in warZ before that game became a disaster, someone secured the building next door, and we agreed to a cease fire, but we wouldn't group with them. still didn't trust.
yeah its a sleeping bag and you should be able to place it anywhere in terms of realism, but this is a game, and if a realism feature comes in the way of game-play, then game-play wins every time. games that don't do this end up sucking.

Yea I know it wouldn't be smart I guess but reasonably close distance to at least kick this effect in if they would take it into consideration or another way to stop this, like the cool downs said before.
