1. Server Stability 2. An admin that bans hackers 3. Low enough population to be able to access server without spamming to join The officials servers are completely overrun with hackers at this point and until that's remedied my buddies and I are looking for one fitting this description. There are 5 of us. Does anyone know of a server like this? Thanks for reading.

The most stable community server that I play on is probably "The locked box". Don't have the IP handy, but sort through player count, there is usually around 50 or so online at any given time on that one. Ok, i just found it... 108.61.143.82:28045

UK based, fairly new server. 12 players average atm, so low population giving new spawns time to build. I'm the sever owner, we are very active ban anyone who exploits, griefs or hacks. PvP and raiding is allowed. Air drops are off unless there is many players on to keep c4 low. Friendly community happy to help anyone with questions. Legit play, no teleports or spawning of items. Atlanta, GA based, we have a steady population of around 40+ people that log on all throughout the day. Typically the server will stay around 10-20 in the morning and when people get off work or out of classes it picks up to around 40 or more. I'm the only admin to avoid having people to abuse their powers, you can hop on an anyone you ask can attest to fairplay (Although they may not like the group that is playing with me). There will be a server wipe upcoming with Gary's new patches in the next few days. I've been in contact with the Oxide developers and I will likely have Oxide up and running on my server by the wipe date. There will also be changes to the loot tables for some items such as (m4, kevlar, and c4), making these items a little rarer in the hopes of bows, 9mm (not the p250), pipe shotgun and handcannons actually being used for a little while. So far the rest of the community enjoys this idea. Aside from that the server is 1/2Craft, PvP, Sleepers. net.connect 108.62.145.154:28045.
