Hello I'd like to kindly ask if anyone knows when these things are breakable due to griefers are blocking/ruining bases ... Not giving anyone a chance to rebuild.

Ramp can be destroyed just saying
Pillars and ceiling cant even with c4 they undestructable
Unfortunately, these are currently unbreakable. IIRC, it's something that is in the plans to be changed in future versions.
they will decay over time i believe
ceilings and pillars do NOT decay
Ceilings and pillars do decay. They take longer then anything else. Also foundations decay aswell it just takes a long time. But as long as your using the base and repairing the base it they wont decay.
