I've never seen cloudfare before, are they adding DDoS protection?
I think there service does incorporate DDOS protection
It does include DDoS protection but it depends how much they pay for. If they have a lower tier subscription there is no DDoS protection which seems to be what has happened.
because you can completely defend against ddos attacks with 3 easy payments of 10,000.
