So I load up all the servers, but whenever I click, double click, triple click etc. on any server, nothing happens.
Am I missing something?

Servers propagate, then you join. It's a tad annoying but that's how it works.

How long does that take?
I wait until ALL servers have refreshed and still cant join.
has been about 20 mins so far tonight, surely it doesn't take everyone over 20 mins before they can even join a server?
