Is it me or is the Steam Overlay not working. I used to see who is on the server would be be able to add friend easily. But now about every server that I go, I can't see the players. It this a Rust issue or is this a Steam issue?
It hasn't been working since yesterday morning or so.
I think it's a Rust issue because it happened as of the big patch.

Maybe it is an issue of Rust.But after the last Problems of Steam with the Xauth it could be an Steam Error too
Yeah but I doubt it. I bet it's a bug in the new patch that does not report to steam correctly. The Steam system "View Players" seems to work fine in other games so it's not Steam.
Besides. The new patch broke a lot of other stuff. Fix one thing, break two different other things. Sigh.

yea i hope they fix it soon cause as a server admin its nice to get the peoples names that are griefing so they can get banned. Needs to be fixed.
I believe that it is an issue with Rust as it seems to work for most other games that I play. I use this to quickly ban griefers off of my PvE server and without this, it becomes quite a hassle if the player has a difficult name as I have to search through all of the player data and find his Steam URL.
I hope they fix it soon.
