Is there any functionality built into the game that allows for admins to see who placed an item? This seems useful for users on server who are placing offensive signs. Apologize if this is a repeat post, didn't see anything in my search.

Thanks for adding ent who, fam. I'm wondering, goes the command not work on entities created before the recent patch? I tested on a few items and it returned an OwnerId of zero.
edit: nm, answered my own question. It doesn't identify the creator of entities that were made before the patch.
