My Server does not remain in the history/friends.Why?

My Server does not remain in the history/friends.

Rusty and RustAdminRelease do not connect.

My history remain my server Information,but my friend histories do not remain.

Server Name,Batch File and Server.cfg chage,but these have nothing to do with.

Server Information:Steamcmd-Installed,app_update 258550 -beta legacy

History and Friends doesn't work right now as far as I know.

use 'client.connect xxx.xxx.xx.xx" to go back to the same server for now. You can get the IP from the admin or by getting game info off steam(right click someone in the server and click Game Info)

In Legacy you use 'connect xxx.xxx.xx.xx' I'm pretty sure. Its been a while.
