Hey guys just wondering if they game would be on steam and how much it would cost, Also i would like to know when will it be released

their preference would be to be on Steam but too early for it, the price is still undecided that we know of. It will be released when it is ready.
Apparently you're incapable of reading FAQs or indeed anything to do with the game. Garry has said multiple times that the goal is for this to be on Steam at some point.
Sooner or later it will be, as any game these days.
It has been confirmed to be Origin exclusive.

If you were capable of reading, you would find out that it is only browser based as a temporary thing, just whilst it is still bug fixes every second day.
After it has become more stable, it will be a downloadable title.

Why even bother saying this, Origin is EA exclusive isn't it?
Garry said he is going to put it on Steam Greenlight because he doesn't want to seem like he is cheating other game producers on the same path that have to go through Greenlight to get noticed.
