Okay so my PayPal is linked with a Suddenlink.net email account. For MONTHS their email severs have been down and no one who is registered with them can access their email. I have the PayPal information such as the Unique Transaction ID and the Invoice Number, so is there any way I can get my key through a different email?

Why haven't you changed your Paypal to use a different email account after all this time that your email host has been down?
