Well i get soild 40-50 fps on lowest settings but i keep desyncing all the time i just would like 2 know if there is a fix and i did try the dmz fix
Dont think so yet, im in the same boat bud and have spent loads of time researching desync and how it's caused in both this and other games. Up to now having tried many things i have had zero luck and will shortly have to admit defeat and accept i am at the mercy of the dev timescale. Im sure they are looking at it but if i find a fix in the meantime ill post it up.
Yea its in alpha guess only time can tell right?

Generally speaking, most people experiencing it are running ASUS motherboards, or products of ASUS and that somehow seems to be a large factor in it. Other factors can include connection, and software via client and server translation. In other words: Hardware, and game client to game server timings are factors currently. The only known fix is to just wait for one. An update or an ETA on it would be nice from the devs, but it's unlikely at the moment, so just hang in there. Leaked servers are one way to play, as it seems to resolve some issue to an extent that I've witnessed having run my own leaked and the localhost server never has desyncing for me.
Thanks for the info
