Okay. Rust needs some more things to make it better. Here are some of my ideas
1.
Backpack. So, here's how they work. Backpacks are crafted with 25 leather for a backpack, and 40 leather for a large backpack. The backpack adds one extra page to your inventory, and the large backpack adds 2 extra pages to your inventory. That would make everything so much easier.

Make paper actually useful. Here are some ideas from me. The first one is a journal, crafted with 5 leather and 15 paper. The journal is an item that really has no use but to write in. You can write whatever you want, from erotica to base plans. You can also make a printing press with 50 wood, and 7 low-grade metal. How it works is that when you feed it leather and paper, you can write in what you want to put in books and it will print books. This can be useful if organizing a group and tossing out instructions, or mass-printing your caveman erotica.
3.
Basic power. My suggestion is using 20 low grade metal to make a charcoal engine. With the charcoal engine, you can power wires which you can use for light and electric death traps. It of course needs to be fed craptons of charcoal to work, but it's an easier way to light an area or be creative like redstone in Minecraft.

Those actually sound really good unlike a lot of suggestions. So good that I suspect that they might already be in the works, for some unknown update ahead.

I like all the ideas, especially the journal idea. If you could leave the journal out for anybody to read it could be pretty funny actually.
Imagine going to a rad town and scavenging for resources. Only instead of flares and gunpowder and a few bullets you find nothing but journals with as the author said Caveman erotica...epic.
I'm a nerd so I could see myself leaving journals that lead the finder on a treasure hunt...then at the end of the hunt I'd place a crate down with a nice slotted weapon...or really just a rock depending on the mood.
journal is useless, maybe if we could also create blueprints to give to our friends? Breakdown an item to access the knowledge of how to create it yourself: You can grind for blueprints, or ask your friend if he can break down his Shotgun and make you a blueprint for it.
I like these idea's I always wanted a journal to write in in rust, Imagine raiding somebody, going into their house and reading their diary saying about they were being raided at the moment xD

That could work. I just like journals as a novelty item you can use to screw around.
