Hi guys! I have found a successful way to fix the crashes that AMD computers get. I myself have an nVidia gpu, but one of my friends has AMD and I wanted him to be able to play the game. First, pull up the Rust console by pressing ~ (the squiggly thing above tab) and type in this command:
grass.on false
And it should turn off grass and prevent crashes. My friend who has the AMD gpu did this and he did not crash anymore.

Sorry dude I didn't know that it was on the forums before. I just wanted to help the AMD people haha
