How do i change chat text colour for my whole server?

How do i change chat text colour for my whole server, the server is modded (lightly) any assistance on this would be much welcome as I have been pulling my fucking hair out all night long.

By the way, I don't want the chat to be glamorous or nothing like that it's just the white snow makes it hard to read.

you cant unless you have a plugin for it, if there is one, and if you run a Mod for your server like Oxide then you need to ask them.

Do you know which plugin though I kind of already worked this out this morning after going through every single file within the servers directory xD, cheers.

nah mate i dont :) check out the Oxide forums their best to help you if there is no plugin its possible they may make one.
