• Massive scamming ( Want to help Dev´s)

Hi everybody, I just wanted to give my 2 cents to the topic " people getting scammed! I am aware of that it´s their own fault if they try to buy a RUST account or a "beta key" and I must admit I have tried the same in my desperation to get into that awesome game. Everybody who has a key and is enjoying this game will just probably lough about these facts- but you already have it, so be glad to play such amazing game. I want to support the developers in any case to make this game brilliant and I am sure all those desperate people outside would like to do the same, but the sad part about this is that thousands of dollar are going to the wrong people (who are most likely the scammers) I do not know if the dev´s are rich or if they are nearly bankrupt but whatever happens and here is the small opinion of a nobody: Please make it possible to purchase( even for a horendous prize) so people are putting the money at the right place, where it belongs. Sincerely -Jammy-
Devs should allow people to buy Rust, eg like preorder it or get access for Beta. Limited keys. Also devs should have own youtube account for their studio or atleast for Rust and advertise it and also warn people of scams.
If you would lurk a bit more you would read about Rust going for sale soon, but there will only be a limited amount of keys for sale. Just be patient for fucks sake, though. If you get scammed, you should probably just go back to that rock you lived under your whole life, maybe read a book or something while you settle down.

Please do not go on with insults like this.

I think there is no way of return, that I could give you your 2 minutes of lifetime back you wasted on reading and commenting to this forum post. But I have a really nice suggestions : If you do not know anything nice to say- say nothing !

Do you always insult people and being hostile to the community? Devs don't need to take care of people getting scammed, but at least they could is to warn people about the scams and tell them directly trough a post or an status that Rust keys can't be bought from them since its closed alpha and only choosen few can have play the game. Since people are impatient then at least devs of Rust could point out to people to buy ARMA2 and get DayZ mod is their buttsacks are itching. (hopefully this reply will be posted, some how sometimes facepunch forum is broken)
Jammal you are pointing fingers at Rust and saying its their fault that you got scammed. Tons of multi-player games have a selective Alpha/Beta(ESO, PS2, DAYZ, ETC) invites and either way people still try to buy their way into them. Rust clearly clarifies how to get a key. All those people that of being scammed, it's their own faults.

And maybe, this helps the dev´s in their decision- to actually make it happen to purchase the alpha. For me personally I don´t mind playing a game which has bugs.

How you people keep failing to understand, are you braindead as those zombies? Oh boy... He admitted that he tried, he risked and he got burned. HE IS NOT BLAMING ANYONE!! You idiot, learn to read and learn to understand. Don't just focus on one part of the sentence and say you said that! That is out of the context, so read the whole thing again and don't rush so you don't in the end fail. If you want to bash then go to team speak and start talking like this: blablanjahbla bla chicken my little birdie legs...(trolling)... Because you are gold member that does not mean you have the authority to bash people. #dealwithit
if you get scammed it's your fault and your fault only for being so incredibly stupid. why do the devs have to worry about this, if they want a closed alpha, they want a closed alpha. they don't need to implement a system because people are so unbelievably retarded
Except they already do, it's called reading the sticky at the top of the forums. It's your (by your I mean people who get scammed, not you necessarily) own fault for not reading it and getting scammed.
RULE OF THUMB: DON'T BUY KEYS OR ACCOUNTS FROM PEOPLE, IT'S A SCAM AND THEY'LL JUST TAKE THE ACCOUNT BACK WHENEVER THEY WANT
Taken right from the sticky none of you ever read.
Taken right from the sticky none of you ever read.
I read that... and I risked it ... but I don´t mind about that - I just want to help developing the game and when I can do it by purchasing it legally - HELL YEAH I will do that .
