Go to Rust, click properties - local files - verify intergity of game cache.
You probably deleted a file or something.

I can't see them either. Only ones I see is that german server and a few community servers. What is going on?

Hmm, are you in a beta? Because I removed myself from it (right click Rust, properties, betas) and I find them now.
