RUST ERROR! "Rust Launcher Error: NetworkError - Could not connect to EasyAntiCheat network!"

Hey,
I can't start Rust since a few weeks... After starting it i always get this Error: "Rust Launcher Error: NetworkError - Could not connect to EasyAntiCheat network!"
I tryed all kind of solutions but I can't find anny... Tryed disabling firewal, disabeling antivirus and reinstalling everything. Nothing worked.
Strange is that Rust is sarting with out EAC. But then i cant join on the most servers...
Using win10 (x64)

2 of my friends get same ERROR...
I hope you can help me!

Have you tried updating your EAC client manually?

1. Close Rust
2. Navigate to: <[b]changeme[/b]\Steam\SteamApps\common\Rust\EasyAntiCheat
3. Delete the .dll that resides in there
4. Run "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe"
5. Next though the steps
6. Try again..

Same Error

I deleted it then reinstalled it and it did not start at all. Then i repaired the game and same error came back

Is there any hotline i can call? Or any one else has a solution? :) Or where can I find the EAC logs? So i can find out where everything gets stuck?

Yesterday i tryed it on my mac and there it aswell wont start, it always says downloading EAC and gets stuck on 1%...
