I tried to search for a fix for my microphone not working, but all I found was to disable all other microphones in windows. I tried this but it did not help.
I'm using windows 8, and the Astro A40 headset through a mixamp usb amplifier. When I load into a server, the name of the microphone is displayed in the console.
Any other things you need to help me, ask. :)
Edit: If I recall correctly, the mic worked in the beginning, but stopped working as soon as I tried to use Alt as the VOIP key. I have tried to change this several times, but I can't remove a keyassignment once I've used it, only replace it.
