I was playing like any regular day on facepunch washington, running in the snow when i get banned for "no reason given" my account has over 700 hours played on this server, i have dedicated a lot of time into this game and specifically this server to get banned for no reason. I dont hack or cheat or ado any other nonsense beside happily play the game. I would like to know why i was banned and wether or not i can get the ban removed. The ban is only on facepunch washington, all other official servers i am still able to join.

Try to remember what you did.
sounds like an admin server ban. which means you caught an admins attention for 1 reason or another. it's between you and them from here.
Because:
- You use aimbot/ESP, a lot of times you kill my group in bushes or instant headshot.
- Have people with SuperJump/SuperSpeed in your group... yeah i remember how you kill me and your friend get my stuff in my roof.
Washington have a lot of big clans with cheaters: MTN/Ex/TKGK

@dekar i dontaimbot or hack at all, just because people killed you and you accuse them of hacking doesnt mean they hack, and i wasnt eac banned or vac banned i wasnt banned for hacking, i dont hack. I was banned for no reason and am waiting for an actual admin to explain to me why i was banned, i spoke with eac and they said it wasnt an eac ban.

Official servers are administered by Facepunch. They like to periodically clean up the servers, but they're not actively watching it all the time like the more popular community servers. OP either cheated, spammed, or associates with cheaters.

If the admin banned you using Rusty it is very possible they mis-clicked your name for the ban. To then undo a ban, it requires the admin to find the player steam id, find the command to unban if they don't remember it, and then execute the command in console. If the admin was feeling lazy, they might have decided not to bother. Though odds are you will never get an answer from them and will just have to find another server.

Bans on official servers are handled by the devs; I suspect they don't use Rusty.

wait. optimistically. there's not much more you can do than wait for the admin to reply, but the reality is you are probably better off moving to another server; though an accidental ban is minutely possible, the more likely thing is that you pissed off an admin one way or another and the ban will stick.
Server bans are usually for spamming chat or for running with hackers, think which category you belong in ...

so you're saying, if a hacker flies up to me and starts talking to me and i have a conversation with him then i am eligible to be banned from the server? For talking? That must be the case considering my only other interactions with hackers is them noclipping into my base and stealing all my things. I dont spam chat, so that must be the issue, but i am failing to understand why i would be getting a permanent server ban for speaking to another person instead of kosing because maybe i didnt feel like losing all my hours worth of collecting things. When yet a hacker can make a new account and come right back.
I'm sure it's just not a chance meeting with a hacker that got you banned, you must have been seen participating in wrong things with the hacker while being spectated, I'll look into it ...

OK, Didn't have to dig too deep, I can see a few EAC bans already from your IP on other accounts for using cheats, do you still claim you're innocent and haven't done anything wrong ?

fyi any computer within the same home will have the same ip, multiple people within my home play rust, so to correct you. Instead of my ip i think you meant the households ip*

Even if there are other players on your "household ip" using cheats in Rust then obviously you have a kind of clue as to why you were banned. Time to find a new server and not play with cheats. Good luck!
