• Rust Completely LOCKING Up < --- Main Thread

ive seen so many posts scattered here and steamforums about this. Ever since the latest update, every 25 minutes the game will completely lockup, no mouse movement, no sound, windows still operates fine, music still plays in background, only way to close rust is ctrl-alt-del and open task manager through the windows quickmenu. the direct Ctrl-Shift-Esc method to bring up the task manager does not work. ive got over 100 hours of gameplay without a SINGLE lockup before this latest patch. Playing on a big server yesterday atleast 10-15 of us found out that doing a /history WILL trigger a lockup outside the regular 25 minute intervals. The only thing we all had in common was NVIDIA GFX cards, more specifically GTX cards. all drivers are up to date. I've checked the task manager before/during/after the lockup and the memory usage seems pretty constant at 1.5gb, it doesnt continue climbing after it locks up which seems like its not a memory leak. Lets see if we can get one big thread going on this, because theres so many poorly put together ones right now. i should add that i DO NOT get the console messages saying "NullReferenceException:Object reference not set to an instance of an object" at any point Operating System : Win 7 GFX Card : GTX 650 Ti How Often Does It Lockup : every 25 minutes
/history is not part of the game, it is part of Rust++
/history is not part of the game, it is part of Rust++
i know that, im just saying that doing the /history command WILL initiate another lockup. even servers without any oxide, rust++ installed will still freeze after the 25 mins.
