AFAIK they added it cause Valve asked them to do so. Not because they wanted to censor the game but because the Steam servers where getting flooded with weenie screenshots. I wonder if garry still plans to censor on screnshots only (and if that's technically possible) cause IIRC that was the long-term plan.
