Rust ++ starter kit

Hallo,
I run a Rust server with Magma. All works but only the starterkit konfiguration is a bit problematic. I try to change it, but it is not relevant what i write in the cfg. The starter kit is always the same. What i do wrong? There are always one torch, bandage and a stone...
