So in the new patch Garry said that things will start to decay and also said that you could start to repair walls and other things. Now, I'm confused will walls and like doors be decaying and you have to keep repairing them? What I think it is, is just like Beds and the wooden shack things like that. Could someone clear that up for me? Sorry for the kinda noobish thread. :p

Away on a holiday or sick and had a massive house on rust? come back to nothing.
Its add's more point to your house, but if you are sick or away bye bye house/loot.
its might even just be better if they had it so if your away for 3 days it starts to decay, then someone else can start repairing it and use it as there own, in this way the repair tool repairs it as well as claims it.
