how would i go about doing that because the server i play on is a community server, and the server doesn't seem to have a website or anything but i would rather not play with hackers so im wondering how i should go about reporting them
If by "unofficial" you mean its a cracked/pirate version server, we can't help you, period.
Otherwise you have to wait for VAC to do a ban wave. Facepunch just makes the game, they can't ban/block people from it.
