Hello,
I recently bought the game. But I have need been unable to actually play, as when ever I try to connect to a server it goes to the loading screen, but then seems to just freeze on that page with the ban Warning to the Left and the loading image to the right. In the console it just shows connecting to server as the last message but nothing changes. I have tried to play on 3 different computers, all do the same thing. Help would be very much appreciated!

I really wish there was an official support section of this forum or a place to speak to customer support. I understand this is Alpha, but there must be a simple fix for this. I don't know if this is true but I herd that certain usernames with certain words in it aren't allowed to connect... Is this true?
