Sticky doesn't state where to request for Keys, only states how difficult it is to get one.
There's also no support email whatsoever so i figured i can only post here and hope to get some advise.

I've been looking around for a game like Rust for the longest time.
In fact Rust is better than what i had in mind.
Would love to be able to test the game at this phase and contribute game play feedback.
I'm from South East Asia, played MMORPG since Ultima days and also used to work in a local Online Game Publishing Company.
Just thinking it might be worth your time to provide me access and get some feedback from this part of the world during your development phase?

One of the ways you could've gotten a key was to enter the art contest, but unfortunately, it ended a long time ago.
The LAST thing you should be doing is outright begging. You're almost certain to not get a key.
Basically, keep your eyes peeled. You never know if there might be a mass giveaway.
This thread needs the "Bad Reading" rating. The sticky specifically says [I]not[/I] to make threads about this topic. I would link it, but you know where to find it, you just didn't read it carefully enough.
Rust keys are not currently available. You'll have to wait with the rest of us. There [I]may[/I] be more keys sometime soon, but the devs have not given us more info.
