New Rust Server cvar list / Disable Building Stability

Is there a published list somewhere with all the variables for the "new branch" rust dedicated server?

I've been googling for a while for a reliable source but I find mostly legacy, or incomplete experimental lists.

I'd really like to know if there is a cvar to turn off building stability. It seems to be turned off on servers like Rustafied. I am noticing a large delay in opening doors / building new items in highly built up areas on my server that seems to be related to stability. It doesn't seem to impact areas outside the built up areas, and doesn't seem to chew up CPU or cause any server instability. It's just annoying. I'm open to any other suggestions on how to fix.

no it's not possible with cars.
only way is to edit the server files to remove the stability check.
