Strange FPS drop

Since the latest patch, i've been getting 10fps instead of the previous 30-40 fps.
I've turned down every setting that could boost it, but still no luck.
Any help?

thats odd, ive atleast gotten 10 times the frame rate

Press F1 to open the console, then type the command 'Grass.on False' and this should remove the main FPS drop.
