Two things you should probably include in a post like this:
1) Your country (more importantly, timezone/languages), and
2) Why people would want to team up with you.

Just pick a server, run around doing your thing, and when you see other people ask if they want to team up and thats it!
You might end up in a team of 20 who knows.
You will die a few times but if you have nothing thats not really a problem, just press RESPAWN again :)

Sharp I did do that once but it turned out that the user was using me all the time.

I managed to get a good group in my server (friendly people), that left now, they got fed up of the hackers and left to not so busy servers, im tired too.
We would find people and invite them to join us, at some point we were over 15 i think.
So its possible all depends on "real" personalities!
