First I would like to congratulate all the developers for their work with the new version of the game which by the way I'm watching and I'm thinking it is getting very good.
The suggestion I have is the following:
I realize that improvements have been made in the vegetation and changed a lot compared to the old rust, but something that I think is missing in a map which is an island.
I think the vegetation of the game, needs some dense forests near the beach and rivers, not necessarily the whole map, but at some points.
I put some images visually explaining.
I apologize if this is already in the plane of the developers.
And you guys, what do you think is missing in the vegetation of the game, leave your ideas below.
Thank you.

Its a good Idea to improve the flora of the game, but devs should focus on releasing a Playable new version of rust :P
For me...they need to drop rusts gameplay into the world the guys built for the game "The Forest" and it'd be solid. Even the xp branch can't touch the visuals the dudes have accomplished on the forest

i guess they`re are already working together

You're right! but we can not deny that it fouls = /
Maybe they are waiting for speed tree in Unity 5 before getting too involved in making lots of vegetation models.
I can't believe no one has mentioned the crazy amazing and epic forest biome prototypes that are already created and have been shown repeatedly on the devblogs.

Not to mention the cave and beach pics.

Also, you have to remember that The Forest is a single player game. It's easier to build a lush and full world when you only have to worry about one player interacting with it. If you want to play with 100s of people then some sacrifices must be made.
I think the devs are definitely headed in the right direction in terms of a much more aesthetic game, however the biggest issue with Rust outside of the coding (from the developer side) is the lack of an effective anti-cheat. That's honestly the biggest thing the game needs right now and everything else that's added without the implementation of that (I'm aware it was sad that it will be implemented down the road) is irrelevant. The biggest complaint any active Rust player has isn't "man I wish this forest looked better" it's "I can't stand getting aimbotted/no clipped/dealing with flying hackers/speed hackers/aura hackers/etc"

Already being implemented and entirely unrelated to the topic.

*3 Snips*
Not to mention the cave and beach pics.

The last picture does the most justice. Naked on a beach.
So what I imagine is happening is that one biome after another is being developed into something introductory, usable and generally nice. Once there is a nice variety present (we are nearing this point) there will likely be more done to beautify them while also keeping in mind performance.
It's true! I had seen these screenshots, but I'm referring to dense forests and vegetation, where you almost lose the sense of direction if not careful.
I do not know why so many people are talking about the game, "The forest" vegetation in the game is really dense, but not the point to comment here, if we are talking about rust.
I believe that developers have the ability to implement it, and I know they're looking at the topics that we created and considering.
Anyway thanks for the comments.

Super-dense ground foliage would be murder on performance if you're not using a multi-GPU machine, at this point and for a good while. Especially when you consider that the map is server side.
The Forest's map is on the local drive and doesn't need to be downloaded to you from the Internet on demand, so it's able to be more detailed and dense with its foliage.
