Please I need a reply!
I'm playing on an intel intergrated hd 4000. 20fps with grass off/all the tweaks. you can use gamedebate to (sorta) determine a comparison to your own hardware.
Technically any video card would work. What you are asking is what one will do the job? Right?
I think this is a difficult question to ask at this stage of the game. Rust isn't optimized yet, so even some top-of-the-line cards will have issues. I have a Radeon HD 4870 that works fine, however I do have to use grass.on false or else the grass is always all flickery.
your question is impossible to answer without some more detail. I built my friend a 400$ computer which included a 25$ video card, he can play rust just fine without any issue, it is a gaming video card however, radeon 6800 series I believe. I have a laptop from 2 years ago, low end, cost me about 400$, runs rust but with a bad frame rate, like 20 fps and has an intel intigrated graphics, unacceptable for me but it works.
12x GTX 990, i14 9990k @ 163.6 Terrahertz, 512gb DDR17 RAM, and 591 TB hard drive space to run it on minimum settings.
curently, most of the recent GPU work, but the integrated one doesn't work really good. By the way, whats your specs? I could help you.

I'm running the Intel HD Graphics 3000 integrated on a gen2 i7. Getting about 30-40 FPS.
