The Rust sub-forum doesn't contain anything useful, so why isn't it closed yet?

If you take a look at the last page, it contains bug reports and generic useful things. If you take a look at the first page you will notice it is clogged with "key plos xDdd" and "suggestion: add mor wepons :))" and shit like that. I don't realise why the sub-forum is even open if it isn't doing anything productive. I hope it gets closed atleast until the "finished" game is released. End rant.
