The servers them-self start up after the loading screens and GUI. But once its loaded and im in game i cant move or press any key that interacts except for escape.
I reverified the download twice and turnd off grass to see if it would help but still nothing. What do i do.

HP G6 note book AMD A8-4500 APU with Radeon HD, 4cpu 1.9 ghz
4096mb ram, DX 11. AMD Radeon HD 7640G full display device, 2033mb mem
It loads up the game fine i just literally cant move and inch and the keys don't do a thing its weird....
movement controlls dont do a thing, i am running windows 8 as well please give me some input
Still have been trying to find a solution i even did : -force-d3d11 and still nothing
