For some reason i can't voice in-game i have tried the default key and changed it and it still doesn't work anybody know why?

Unless your mic volume is just too low, I can't think of why it wouldn't work.
(There is a problem with mic volume with some players.)
Look if it's the only default mic / disable all other mic sources..
right click volume icon bottom right > recording devices > then disable those you don't use.
