Anyone figured out a way to reset keys to default? And why 2 different areas to set keys?

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted .cfg files, just about everything that usually works in other games, but I can't seem to reset my keys to their defaults.

Also, I'm confused as to why there is an "Input" option when you launch the game. Yoou can change your key config there, yet inside the game you can go to "Options" and the key config there doesn't match the ones you set in the launcher.

There's two different areas for alt controls, like I have sprint on both shift and a button on my mouse.

Right, I know in the launcher it shows the alt keys but the problem I'm having is say I set Duck to "X" in the launcher....I go in the options inside the game and the Duck key is set to whatever the default is. It's like the two aren't matching up. All my alt keys are still whatever they were, I don't use any alt keys.
