For some reason when I try to download/play Rust on Steam, it tells me this message: You are not permitted to view these materials at this time.
Is there any other way I can play this game?

That's why the nudity censor filter is enabled by default and Valve will delete any uncensored screenshots that show penises that they catch being uploaded to someone's screenshots, right?
