Alot of deserted houses are all around Rust, there is decay but it is fairly long for those houses wich nobody lives in anymore. I suggest we add some kind of mechanic where you can rip off walls, windows or simply doors when they have started to decay. If you would also add the ability to salvage your own walls without them decaying you would be able to fix misstakes done to your house. This would lower the amount of random structures and lessen the time it takes for new spawns to build their homes. Feel free to add, remove or give criticism.

But it takes about 5 days for something to begin decaying. I'm sure people would spend time repairing their bases.
