How about a Heavy Metal Door that can be placed on metal doorways?
I like it, considering doors are the only design parts we can hybridize at the moment. Plus it'll make metal into a even more of a fort and lower the incessant need to build a maze of doors, as a stronger metal door would prolly be as durable as a wall or something.
Yeah. Currently, plenty of people are just sticking to wooden homes. I think metal houses should be something worth working for.
I fully agree, I would like to see some sort of a strength bonus to metal doors when placed in tandem with metal doorways. Or better yet a heavy metal door, like you stated. +1

Would love to see this, currently metal doors make metal bases so easy to raid. Even if they took 4 c4 to blow up would be nice. Good idea.

Metal doors should already be heavy... A 5cm thick wood wall that looks like someone could kick and break takes as much damage as a metal door...

They might implement a "garage doorway" similar to a doorway and a "garage door" like that once cars come about.
Here is a thought why don't the doorways add to the life of doors? If a metal door is placed in a wood frame it should add 0 life to the metal door but if it is placed into a metal frame it should add more life to the door itself or something along them lifes. Or just increase the life of metal doors all together and have it just blow the door frame away which would destroy the door and the frame. IE still make the door a little stronger.
