Every time I join any server, it says the following below. This is a fresh install, firewall nor anti-virus is blocking anything.

Really sorry about that. :/ Please try now again to see if the problem is fixed for you as well.
Oh it's fine it's not your fault, secondly I fixed the problem by launching "Rust.exe" under administrator. Instead of using Steam's hotlink.
