You got the same specs as my laptop, but I got 8 gigs of ram. You will not run this very well, besides at minimum. Just a warning.
Mate... I can run it on my shitty school MacBook Pro... You'll be fine...
So if I were to put in 6-8 gigs of RAM would it run faster then?
Dude your pc will run and low settings ram wont make too much difference
You'll be alright. No one can really run this game well at this point in development
2 gb graphics should be fine for this, i got 1 gb graphics card and i can run smooth on low, with low render quality. So you should be fine.

He's using a laptop, typically, the graphics memory is shared from the physical RAM, it is nowhere near as fast as a desktop graphics card or dedicated GPU on a laptop. Like I said above, I have the same exact specs as this guy right down to hard drive speed, but I have 8 gigs of RAM. Hell, my laptop is even an HP as well, though its a 17.3" laptop, not sure which model.
Doesn't hurt to try, the more ram the better. But with a laptop it's always worth it to add yourself a fast sdhc card and set it up for readyboost (if you have an internal card reader). I was able to see a difference playing bf:heroes on my old gateway laptop by doing this.
