What's the deal? An admin can't teleport.toplayer because it's a speed hack?
Because admin commands suck.

I think it's the update that came out today. :( This is a really useful command when it comes to spotting hackers on your server.

Add a line to your server.cfg file that says:
truth.punish false

It has been an issue for at least a couple weeks now.
Hopefully I don't get a VAC ban for using it as an admin.
You will not get vac baned
I think i'd pop a vein in my head if i was VAC banned for paying 15€ a month for a server and trying to survey players

Will this also not punish people clipping through walls? Then its not worth it in my eyes.

It doesn't really punish anyone for anything right now.
If it did then no one would be able to cheat. o.O

A friend of mine joined my server last night and was kicked for a "violation" because he was speed hacking. That set to true actually helps stop speed hackers to some extent.

It does but not very reliable. Tested it, and watched a speed hacker, turned it on, no kick.

Yes, it is generally unreliable from what I've noticed.
Besides, not being able to TP to players without getting dc'ed makes it very difficult to catch cheaters in the act.
