I think we have all been there, especially when it says "noob friendly" https://twitter.com/semioptional/status/486439628598034432 (User was banned for this post ("memes don't deserve threads" - Orkel))
I honestly know of the struggle that everyone complains about but never ensured it myself. [editline]9th July 2014[/editline] *endured
Are you 8?
Wtf? Is this some sort of troll post?
Noob friendly and naked are different things. I dont see any point why people always complain getting killed it's survival game, get over it.
Nakeds can carry a M4, too!

You'll have a gun and base while I'll just be walking down a road looking for a pig to get a shirt so I don't run out of calories and die that night and you'll just blow me the fuck away for no damn good reason. Unless the mentality's changed since I last played it, but I'm not installing this shit to check. It's not worth my time or HDD space.

Blowing you away is the POINT of the game otherwise it wouldn't include guns. It's you or me and I choose me.

Lots of violence did occur, sure, but it'd be raids of groups versus groups, building up a town and trying to defend and maintain and expand it against the others on the server. This ended when the first clans began to form and one grew large enough to simply dominate the server and break any resistance. And that's when it became less fun. Survival is the point of the game, not simply killing other players. At the moment, once you've built your base and stocked it, there's not really much else to do but kill people and take their airdrops and loot, yeah, but it's not what the game will be about forever. Plus, once servers become more established, your reputation is going to matter. If you're known to be a guy who murders every single person who gets close enough to attack, the server as a whole is going to start to team up against you.

No, the only thing you need to survive is other players. Surviving other players is the only reason to gather a bunch of wood, build a big base, and fill it with guns. You don't need these things to survive rad wolves or hunger. Maybe that will change somewhat in the future but I'm certain pvp conflict is still going to be the main motivator for in-game activities.

Experimental has hunger and thirst centered around a metabolism system generated by your actual actions. Different biomes will put environmental stress on you, like harsh cold in a snow biome, requiring more survival prep and depleting resources faster. Player conflict is going to be a driving force, but it won't be the only major reason you die.
Nakeds can carry a M4, too!
Exactly. In tough situations, sometimes you need to kill anyone you see. Even if they're friendly
