I'll bet it's a DDoS. Probably some group of cheater got banned and are butt hurt about it.

It really is probably a DDoS. Looking at the server list, you can see the server is up, but when you try and connect, you can't. Probably because the server requests are being flooded. People DoS servers all the time, but that usually lags them more than anything. The requests to this server are completely flooded so no requests get though. But the server can still send even though the requests are flooded, that's why I think it's a DDoS.
Could be what happened to some other officials. Locks at a certain amount of players for a few days (no ones actually on), can't connect, and just vanishes after that.
Im fairly certain now that his is what happens when a server has too many objects on it. ther used to be over a dozen official servers but in jan they slowly started dieing. since no one maintains them or check son them they just rot. the actual servers are still up.
