What happened to all the NO PVP Official servers? - Rust

First it was Central, then NA then East coast noPVP servers gone offline. a lot of us do not like the PVP aspects and like Official servers. Anyone out there want to give us an update? thanks

stil haven't heard a word. even tried a facepunch support ticket, no response. just realized facepunch sends the tickets to garry, so that won't help.

same here. Maybe if we keep hounding them someone will finally respond.

I was told last week that garry is removing the no pvp, and renaming them to central-test, east-test to that likening....Hes redoing them in anticipation for the next gui thats forth coming.

I just relogged and now it's completely gone from the server list. Let's hope they are just making updates from the weekend.

Allso note, Their are some PVE servers out their...just have to look them up, and become apart of that community as well. give them some love and support those that pay for the server.

Im currently playing on a Eu server that started not long ago with pvp at night only. Could get the ip later if theres any interest. Its the second pvp at night server ive played on and i love it.

looks like we literally have no options at all.

East 2 no pvp, the last offical no pvp, is getting hit by the 4th ddos attack in 48 hours. I really wish someone at facepunch would wake the f*** up and check on these servers!

Tried out a low pop/low ping community server named "PVE - No Raid" last night. Logged in naked on a rock after building a little home, so I respawned at my bed and 2 guys were poking around, chatting about how to break in. I stepped onto the porch to say hi, and was shot dead. ... fun. So the server titles are meaningless.

The players who play on the official servers are mice, and garry newman and friends are the evil scientists running tests on you guys.

you shouldnt complain that you cant play a game in another way than it was intended.

I have never played a PvE Server as I find the fun lies in not knowing if the person you want to befriend also has the same intentions, but who are we to judge and tell people how they have to play the game. PvE servers were around since the start so these people do have a legitimate play style, just one we choose not to share.

Some people like pve servers just to know new people,learn the game or just to teach a buddy that just bought the game.I use pve to teach my friends the basic.

It happened again @ East Coast 1 server.

I can't believe some of you reply with lame comments like not playing the game like it should be...really? think about that, having worked on game design for years on games that support both PVE/PVP it was clear that there are huge markets for both. look at historical MMO like WOW, AC, etc. they all have the ability to do both and have a great mix of players. so with a game like Rust and the ability to enable PVE/P offering both servers or a mix server like WoW that enables you to go 'PVP' or go to zones that support it would be great. the point of this thread was to highlight the fact that servers that are marked Official are going offline without warning and little if any comment from the game developers. also several of the "no PVP" official servers did not say 'TEST' so please don't go down that path. I finally spent money to spin up my own US Texas no PVP Server so that I can have a place for my friends and I to play until we can get stability on "Official Servers"

ok Now East 2 No PVP offical is down too! This is so frustrating!

I may have to make another attempt at spinning up my own server, I just really dont want to take on the admin hat if I can avoid it. takes too much away from play time.

Well its been almost a month now and still no response, no clue, no information, no communication. Severely disappointing. I know they are working hard at the moment but for gods sake why cant someone take the 2 minutes to turn the damn servers back on??
