When players get phantom status they unable connect to server any more and also they unkickable from server.
That's started from update 79 but now more players exposed this problem.

Either tell them to stop repeatedly attempting to join a server (this have previously caused the phantom status and telling the player they're already connected, and the admin that the player isn't on the server).
Restart the server.

Or Facepunch could just release a patch to fix the shit they broke.
