Whenever I Start Rust, there is only a Little circle with arrows on the top and bottom in the very bottom right of the screen. I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this.

I had this problem and it turned out to be the software for my network card. I have a Bigfoot Killer Nic and the software causes the problem.. i removed all that and popped in a standard gigabit network card and voila problem gone.
