Why such a hurry with linking clothing to the models?

Eventually you will create female character too - gays are not bad, but the lesbians have rights too, you know. And what will happen then? Reworking all the clothes for the women's body. You really want to create another situation where you will be in need to complete remake stuff? Or maybe you will create female model now, BEFORE you rush into creating clothing, and make basic lines for clothing for the both male and female models?
