My friend has been doing a server for about a month and is trying to put together some awesome events. He listens to what people want and doesn't abuse his powers. He actually hardly plays the server. He is the only admin so really no admin abuse.

I'm not sure I got it. Don't be what guy? The guy who shot the sleeper or the guy who was sleeping? Unless you play Rust 24/7 at some point in time on a sleep server...you'll have to sleep.
