i would be happy with a rough estimate.
Mostly because i would like to run a private server from my home
but now your need a beta key which i have no idea how to get
and i cant use steamcmd without the beta password.... :D

You don't get a beta key, you buy into the game on Steam. Its $20 US. If you had a in good standing key from the webbrowser version, you go to the old playrust site to get it converted to a steam key.
To state again: they are NOT giving keys away anymore. You can only get in if you win a key from a 3rd party giveaway, buy into the game on Steam or if you had an old, but in good standing account from when Rust was a browser game.

yea im looking for a beta server password so i can download the server files from steamcmd, I already bought it on steam..

Not available. Access is only currently available to trusted GSPs because the devs are not ready to throw the server code out to the wolves. Imagine how many hacks would be out there if the hackers could get the latest version of the server whenever they want.
Check back in six months, it'll be a while before we can download the server for private servers, if garry releases it for private downloads at all.
The server files have not been released to the public yet. The only way you can host your own server is by renting one from a hosting company.
